We strive to ensure every Gheevo product reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the seal is broken.
However, if your product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging.

Once approved, we’ll process a replacement or refund within 7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
